Verification Testing

SCS offers comprehensive Lab Testing Services to support all client food safety objectives. Food safety testing – of food products, water, equipment, and the food preparation and handling environment – is an important tool for independently verifying that a food safety management program has been effectively implemented and is properly controlling potential sources of microbiological contamination. Verification testing supports the Seven Principles of HACCP to determine if preventative measures are successfully eliminating (or reducing) hazards.
